Matt Stoffel, here. Thanks for stopping by. Sean and I started Inventive Property Solutions back in May of 2022, backed by our shared passion of vacant land, customer service and sales. Prior to that I owned a few different businesses including a handyman company.

We are Inventive Property Solutions – It’s just us. When you call you will reach myself or Sean and not some agent in a faraway country. Nothing is below us and we are empowered to use all resources at our disposal to deliver a seamless and fair deal. Our first priority is you.

I live in Durham, NC and in my free time I enjoy traveling, my cats Thor and Apollo, working out and DIY. My day job is as a Trial Manager in Pharmaceutical Research and my passions are People and Land Selling. Sean and I have a lot of different roles in our lives and continue learning every day.
